Y85 bus line
Sallanches - Plaine-Joux
Route
The Y85 regional bus line connects Sallanches to Plaine-Joux, passing through Domancy and Le Fayet. It serves the following stops:
- Prés-Moulins – closest to the Chedde landing, near the train station, 8 minutes on foot
- Marlioz-Platières – 4 minutes on foot from the Marlioz landing
- Bay and Cran – for hikes to Varan and Barmerousse
- Praz-Coutant – for hikes to Frioland and Platé
- La Carabote – 15 minutes on foot from the lake landing
Fare
Flat rate of €1.60, with options for 10-ride cards or monthly passes.

There is usually more frequent service in winter and summer; in spring and autumn, service is lighter, especially on weekends.
